Challenge: A client was using a highly complex, 120-sheet Excel model for life insurance calculations, which was prone to manual lookups due to variations in the data architecture, this made audits and reporting a tedious task to access the correct data.
Action: I completely automated the data remodeling process and redesigned the data architecture of the workbook using Software Engineering frameworks like Pandas. An Automation framework was programmed with the workbook creating a strucuted reporting pipeline.
Result:The client had a formal data architecture that enabled quick analysis, a standard approach to data look ups . Alongside an layer of Automation enabling the client to quickly address reporting needs for their customer.
